In the name of the educational and administrative staff at Al-Qadisiyah University, I congratulate our honorable students for their graduation for the past year. Let us welcome the new year with an auspicious return to attendance, which restores the academic scene to its realistic splendor and effectiveness with serious participation in creating a future full of knowledge and glory. At a time when our University of Glory crowned its annual march with its thirty-fifth anniversary of the establishment of its sober scientific edifice last year… We would like to remind you that this great edifice would not have reached this lofty status had it not been for the efforts of the pioneering professors, the living among them, and the departed beside their Lord, leaders, professors, and associates.

Thus, after more than two decades have passed, the Tree of Determination has borne fruit and has yielded blessed fruits, as between the foundation stone of the College of Medicine/University of Al-Qadisiyah, and this current moment, is a space burdened with ideas, plans, and solid scientific and practical efforts that have succeeded in climbing the ladder of sophistication and development with conscious, deliberate leaps in various fields. In the scientific, administrative, technical and urban fields, the scientific movement has reached a “good” state, and the urban march has been crowned with several modern halls and laboratories, and educational technology has monitored successful paths within the horizon of preliminary and graduate studies and specialized board centers, as well as “electronic networks that have matured the process of education and cognitive engagement, and here it has become.” The dream came true, and the hopes and aspirations, after her gentle behavior and calm, thoughtful demeanor, bore fruit in a scientific edifice comparable to the advanced international colleges and universities. The College of Medicine became the lofty Iraqi palm tree that falls every season as a “harvest,” and the minds and arms that participated with their high energy in drawing the features of that edifice continued to try and practice. Her giving, while she aspires to what is more sophisticated, lofty, and sublime, so kudos to everyone for their dedicated determination and sober effort.
