The Anatomy Branch at the College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific symposium entitled “Histological study of muscular system and its role in their function.” The tissue study of the muscular system and its role in the function and shape of muscles was attended by Eng. The symposium aimed to introduce the histological structure of muscles and the changes and modifications that occur in them that are required by the functions of those muscles.

The symposium also explained exercise and its effect on the shape and mass of the muscle and its internal structure, which is consistent with the work assigned to this muscle. The lecturer also touched on the role of nutritional supplements and their importance in muscle building, as well as warning against the use of sports stimulants because they have a negative impact on physical health.

The symposium recommended paying attention to the safety of the muscular system and avoiding incorrect movements that negatively affect the safety of the muscular system as well as affecting the performance of its required function.
